Mobile-friendly deals
Deals designed in DealBuilder are responsive. That is, the agreements will look fine regardless of the type of device the counterparty opens the agreement from (mobile, tablet, desktop, etc.). Agreements and offers are sent directly from the system to the customer for signing by email or SMS. Sending by SMS costs 1 kr per piece. Once the counterparty has signed, both parties are automatically sent a copy of the signed document by email. SMS mailings can be made throughout Europe.

Default PDF Attachment
Upload PDF attachments to be stuck in per agreement or offer template or upload unique attachments each time you create an agreement/offer. PDF attachments are merged into the signed PDF version of the agreement, so you always have documentation of which attachments were available at the time of signing.
Document tracking
See if the document sent to the counterparty has arrived, how many times it has been opened, etc.
Structured data in all contracts
All data in a DealBuilder contract is structured data and can update other systems at your company automatically when a contract is signed. You can't do this in other systems that rely on uploading a PDF and sending it for signing.
Audit trail
DealBuilder provides a signing page for signed documents with documentation/audit trail at all stages of the process leading up to signing.

About E-Signing

Built on PADEs (PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures), which is an open international technical standard for e-signing solutions and PDFs, approved under the eIDAS (for Europe) regulations, as well as ESIGN and UETA (for the United States).

The signed document is self-supporting and contains all the necessary information about signers, certificates, times of the signings and steps of the signing process.

The signatures are timestamped with a qualified timestamping service and stored directly in the PDFs to enable time persistence through Long Term Validation (LTV). This allows the agreements, at any time in the future, despite technological and other advances, to be validated to confirm that the signatures were valid at the time they were signed.

Viewing and validating a signed PDF document is performed with a regular PDF reader where an online revocation check with a mathematical checksum/hash function, guarantees that the contents and signatures are valid at all times and that the contents have not changed after the document was signed.

All customer data and contracts are encrypted over SSL

In which countries can we use DealBuilder?
