Today, Swipp uses DealBuilder as an integrated part of its technical platform, where agreements are generated, sent, and signed automatically — directly from Swipp’s own websites and systems.

Swipp needed a solution that could manage the entire contract flow digitally, without manual steps. Agreements are executed at scale and must work equally well regardless of the customer, product, or volume.

How They Work Today

Swipp uses DealBuilder via API and webhooks as a backend engine for contract workflows. Agreements are automatically generated based on user actions on Swipp’s websites and internal systems, then sent directly for signing via email or SMS.

Templates and document structures are managed within DealBuilder, while the entire workflow is orchestrated from Swipp’s own systems. Once an agreement is signed, status updates and completed documents are automatically synced back into Swipp’s systems via webhooks.

The solution is used across multiple agreement types and is designed to remain stable even at high volumes.
