With the integration, agreements can be created and sent for electronic signature directly from ITX.

1. Create contract

In the KPI section of a sales process inside ITX, a green button labeled “Create Contract” sends the user directly into DealBuilder. There, the seller selects one of the company’s predefined contract templates.

2. Automatic data population

The selected template opens fully pre-filled with all relevant customer information automatically retrieved from ITX.

3. Add products and send for signature

The seller adds the relevant products or services and pricing, then sends the agreement for electronic signature via email or SMS — with a single click in DealBuilder.

Once the agreement is electronically signed by the customer, the signed contract is automatically synced back to ITX. This eliminates the need for manual CRM updates when a contract is completed.

The entire process of creating and sending a contract typically takes only seconds, providing major benefits in terms of structure, visibility, time savings, and automation of manual administrative tasks.
