To deliver a complete process – from first customer interaction to fully signed agreement – ITX wanted to integrate structured agreement creation and electronic signing directly into the platform. At the same time, they aimed to streamline and structure their own internal document and contract workflows.

Today, ITX uses DealBuilder both internally for document templates and agreement management, and as an integrated agreement and e-signing solution within the ITX platform via API and webhooks.

The Starting Point

Prior to the collaboration, ITX’s CRM and contact center platform did not include built-in functionality for structured agreement creation or electronic signing. Customers who required digital contracts had to manage this outside of ITX.

Internally, ITX’s sales team used a competing e-signature solution for proposals and customer agreements. Templates and contracts were not directly connected to the CRM workflow, resulting in manual handling between systems.

ITX therefore wanted to:

  • Integrate structured agreement creation directly into the ITX platform
  • Embed electronic signing into the same workflow
  • Generate and send agreements based on CRM data
  • Support both PDF-based e-signing and template-based agreements
  • Establish a structured template library for proposals, customer agreements and internal documents
  • Automatically update signing status back into ITX via webhooks
  • Offer the solution to ITX customers as a built-in product capability

The goal was to connect CRM, document generation and e-signing into one seamless and efficient workflow.

How the Solution Works

Internally, ITX uses DealBuilder to create and send proposals, customer agreements and internal documents such as employment contracts and partnership agreements. The structured template framework ensures that required fields are completed correctly, and secure electronic signing provides a predictable and compliant process from draft to signed agreement.

DealBuilder is integrated with ITX via API and webhooks.

Users operate inside ITX and can launch DealBuilder directly from the platform. Customer data is automatically transferred from the CRM into the agreement. The document is generated using structured templates and sent for electronic signing via email or SMS.

Once signed, the agreement status and document data are automatically sent back to ITX via webhooks, ensuring the correct customer record and case are updated in real time.
